I’ve spent six years in higher ed and tech helping teams streamline their processes, understand their customers, and make everyday work easier.

My background sits at the intersection of service design, UX, and process improvement so I spot patterns fast, simplify complex problems, and build systems that actually support people.

I created Service Sculptor after seeing how many small business owners had the passion but not the time or clarity to keep everything running smoothly. My approach is simple: grounded, clear, collaborative, and human.
