Service Sculptor was created after years of seeing capable business owners operate under constant pressure. Customer experiences would slowly break down. Employees were doing their best but lacked clarity. Processes lived in people’s heads, and every issue felt urgent, leaving no time to step back and understand what was actually happening.
What stood out most wasn’t a lack of effort or care it was the absence of shared understanding. Owners were carrying too much alone, relying on trial and error, disconnected tools, and reactive decisions just to keep things moving. There were plenty of resources available, but very little support helping people make sense of what they were seeing inside their own business.

Service Sculptor was built to meet that gap with a different kind of support—one centered on clarity, not control. The work focuses on helping business owners slow things down enough to see patterns, prioritize intentionally, and make decisions that actually fit their reality.
Rather than prescribing solutions or taking ownership of the business, Service Sculptor works as a thought partner. The approach is collaborative, human-centered, and grounded in how work truly gets done. The goal is to help owners build understanding they can carry forward—so their business becomes easier to manage, adapt, and grow over time.

Meet Founder Telli
Telli has spent over six years helping organizations understand their people, untangle their processes, and build systems that make everyday work run smoother.
Now she brings that expertise to the small-business community offering operations support that helps owners finally breathe again instead of feeling overwhelmed.
She holds a Master’s degree from George Mason University and a Bachelor’s degree from Southern Connecticut State University.
Telli is also trained through Bank of America Institute + Cornell University for Women’s Entrepreneurship Program, grounding her work in real business strategy and practical systems leadership.
